How We Process Your Data
Your information is processed solely to deliver the requested copywriting services. We do not sell, share, or rent personal data to third parties. All processing occurs on secure, encrypted infrastructure within the European Economic Area (EEA), fully compliant with GDPR Article 6.
Security Measures
BrandContentForge conducts quarterly security audits, maintains TLS 1.3 encryption across all endpoints, and enforces strict access controls. Our infrastructure undergoes regular penetration testing to ensure your data remains protected at every stage of our workflow.

Client Rights Under GDPR
Under GDPR (Articles 15-22), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Retention & Deletion
Project-related data is retained for 24 months after project completion for reference purposes. After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

BrandContentForge ("we," "our," "us"), located at Avenida de Abando 10, 48001 Bilbao, Spain, is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. Categories of Data: We collect identification data (name, email), project briefs, and analytics data (IP address, browser type, page interactions).
3. Legal Basis: Processing is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Data Recipients: Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.
5. International Transfers: All data is processed within the EEA. Any future transfers will comply with Chapter V GDPR using Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention Period: 24 months post-project completion, unless earlier deletion is requested.
7. Your Rights: You may exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR by contacting [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Terms of Service
Article 1 — Scope: These terms govern all copywriting and content strategy services provided by BrandContentForge, Avenida de Abando 10, 48001 Bilbao, Spain.
Article 2 — Service Agreement: A binding agreement is formed upon payment confirmation or signed project brief. Scope changes require written amendment.
Article 3 — Deliverables: All deliverables are specified in the project brief. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges at the hourly rate of €85.
Article 4 — Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered copy transfer to the client. BrandContentForge retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Article 5 — Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge in accordance with Spanish commercial law.
Article 6 — Liability: BrandContentForge's total liability shall not exceed the total project fee. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Article 7 — Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bilbao.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: BrandContentForge offers refunds based on project milestones. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Partial Refunds: If work is partially completed, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the deliverables completed versus the total project scope as defined in the project brief.
Non-Refundable Items: Strategy sessions, research phases, and completed milestones that have been approved by the client are non-refundable.
Revision Policy: Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Additional revision rounds are billed at €85/hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt.
Dispute Resolution: If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact [email protected] within 7 days. We will work in good faith to resolve any concerns before issuing any refund.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
